We can't wait to Act
on Climate Change

Climate change is having a devastating impact on California.

Every year, our state experiences more record-setting extreme heat, droughts and catastrophic wildfires that cost lives, destroy property, hurt our economy and ruin our air quality.

To solve this crisis, we must address the two main causes of air pollution and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in California: wildfires and transportation.

The Clean Air Initiative funds wildfire prevention, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and subsidies to help consumers afford electric vehicles - all by increasing the tax on income over $2 million - the wealthiest .1% of Californians.

Cleaner cars and fewer wildfires means cleaner air and a healthier planet for future generations.
